Entity Management

Introduction​

The Entity Manager in the Admin Center provides administrators with a centralized interface to manage Datasets and Data Loads.

To open the Entity Management page in Qrvey Admin Center, click the Infrastructure icon in the left-hand navigation panel, then switch to the Entity Management tab. Infrastructure Icon

Supported Entities​

  • Datasets
  • Data Loads

Datasets Management​

Viewing Datasets​

Admins can view all Datasets (or optionally, only those with Data Sync enabled). For each Dataset, the following information is displayed:

  • Dataset name
  • Application name
  • Owner
  • Dataset status
  • Sync status (e.g., --, Off, By the minute, Hourly)

Dataset Actions​

Admins can perform the following actions on Datasets:

  • Reload a Dataset
  • Enable or disable syncs for datasets with a schedule
  • Share or unshare data of Datasets
  • Delete Dataset (with confirmation prompt) This action cannot be undone.

Data Loads Management​

Viewing Data Load Jobs​

Admins can view a list of active or running data load jobs. For each job, the following information is displayed:

  • Dataset name
  • Application name
  • Job ID
  • Owner
  • Duration
  • Status
  • Statistics (records read, records written, etc.)
  • Progress %
  • Stage (e.g., extracting data, transforming, inserting data)
  • Type of data load (manual load or sync)

Canceling Jobs​

Admins can cancel one job at a time from the list of active jobs.
